· Initiated and executed a plan to offload over 30% of an 18K line item inventory carried as excess for turn-in for monetary credit, turning dead stock into a monetary gain of about $1M
· Coordinated critical refueling operations for Winter Fly-In without incident while achieving faster turn-around times
