An HP "corner" or "end apt/unit" means: Almost twice the size of the HP inside units, more bathrooms, mountain view Not Available from the inside apartments, much more room to enjoy the 180 degree ocean-view & beauty of this area from this apt, from the lanai, & even from the bedroom. It's THE CORNER ADVANTAGE.
This unit is fully equipped, many appliances are new, offers washer dryer, DVD, stereo, 2 large TVs, a very comfortable easy chair, 2 telephones, comfortable beach chairs, umbrella, cushioned lanai chairs & much more.
BATHROOMS: 1 + ½ baths: The main bath room has a big shower. No bathtub. The other bathroom (½ bath) is located between the bedroom and living room so that all the guests can use it at all times.
Parking at the HP is free, the lot is gated & no assigned parking to worry about
