While you wait Mickey would like you to take time to think about the pet you decide to adopt. Is it truly the right pet for you? Find out as much as you can about a pet....it's needs, it's eating habbits, all it's requirements! Pets can be the greatest of therapy if it's the RIGHT pet for you!!! The greatest of companions, and entertainment, but so many pets end up at animal shelters because people didn't take the time to research everything about the pet they adopted.

A Message from Jake!!!

My friend Mickey and I were adopted from the animal shelter!
The Wagging Tail Inn came to see us one day and asked us to come live here at the Inn.
Each our own brothers and sisters were put to sleep because no one chose them,
and this animal shelter only keeps us around for so long!
Some of our litter never even got shown to the public, there were too many of us.
Won't you PLEASE consider the animal shelters when you adopt a dog?
Having a pedigree doesn't make you the "PERFECT" pet
lots of love and attention does!
Has a dog ever asked YOU if you had pedigree papers??????
We don't care!
We accept you for who YOU are!!!
