Wakefield Shelties
Our Kennel is located between Lake Wylie and Clover South Carolina.  We have been breeding Shetland Sheepdogs (a.k.a. Shelties) for over 11 years. We are a hobby kennel and have plenty of time and children to love and care for each Sheltie that we have. Our main goal is to provide a beautiful and well socialized pet for you and your family. All our Shelties are A.K.C. registered and come with a 1 year health guarantee. We take great pride in our Shelties and our desire is to place our pets in a loving and caring home.

We have no puppies available for adoption. We do have a littler planned for mid- March and they should be ready to be placed in homes in May. If you are intenested please contact me and I will put you on my waiting list.
I am sorry but because of concern for my puppies, and to insure their safety, all puppies are sold with a limited AKC registration.

THE HOME CREW
We have 4 shelties.  Cali is older and enjoying the retired life.  We have Duchess and Rain that we are breeding.  Duchess is a golden sable and Rain is a shaded sable.   Aiden is our new stud dog and is now 1 Year old.  He has a wonderful pedigree .  Both parents are Champions and all 4 grandparents are also Champions.  We are looking forward to being able to use him as our stud dog.
MEET MAX THE WONDER DOG
Teresa Faucette bought a sheltie puppy from me about 4 years ago.  Teresa has worked with Max and he is now a therapy dog.  The Charlotte Observer did a short video on Max.  It was the #1 video for 3 weeks!!  Way to go Max!!!  When you watch the video you will fall in love with him. To meet Max click here.
Max is a busy boy! Besides being a therapy dog, He visits libraries helping children read. He vistis schools, teaching children about fire safety, and teaches them how to do the STOP-DROP-AND-ROLL. Then in his spare time, Max loves to do birthday parties, pulling in a wagon full of toys! Always a hit with the children. More exciting news is: Max was invited to be a contestant on the new show 'Americas Greatest Dog'!
After much consideration Teresa decided it was not in Max's best interest and declined the contract. I commend her for putting Max before stardom!
