GGGOM Clubhouse Update
		Unfortunately, news from the local coucil regarding the planned construction of a new GGGOM clubhouse is not good. The council have denied planning permission for the seven storey structure on the grounds that "It would dominate the village and overshadow the other buildings in Golden Green and also be quite out-of-character with the place." We have appealed against this decision and lodged an appeal for financial assistance with the planned building work. The clubhouse will be an essential place of refuge for Golden Greeners and other visitng GGGOM members, with 5 tennis courts, a swimming pool, casino, karaoki-bar, rifle range and temple for the worship of the Great Llama We will keep you posted on any further developments!
