| We have been training and running Labs for 9 years. We train our dogs to run in both hunt tests and field trials. We also try to give them hunting experience on both waterfowl and upland birds. We breed 2-3 litters of puppies each year. We try to choose the best possible genetically clean working bloodlines in our pups. Most achieve a high level of proficiency in retrieving as well as passing all health clearances before we will breed them. Temperment and trainability are just as important to us as retrieving desire. We also look for a high degree of natural talent. We want our dogs to be companions as well as retrieving partners. Only when we feel that we have all these characteristics do we consider breeding them to try to maintain or improve our bloodlines. Our puppies make great working dogs for hunters, hunt test and field trial but they also make loving family companions for active lifestyles. Making sure our puppies go to good homes working or companion is the most important thing. It is very important to us that our puppies get the right start.
