Tbh, you really don't need walling skills but it really helps with the graphics and designing aspects.
For me, I'm more familiar with html and photoshop creates the coding for you. For this layout, I really liked the picture I drew so I made a lil wallie for it.

Using this as base for my layout, I opened a new file in Photoshop. The size of the layout can vary depending what you want to see in the front. I never used other programs before so I'm not familiar with them. Gomen~ But it should have similar functions. First I picked the bg color. Then I placed my drawing where I wanted it to go.

For this layout, I placed the wording on the layout itself. It depends on what you want.

Then i added effects. Then, in photoshop, there is function called the slice tool. It splits the layout into squares.

Then you save it for the web and save it as jpeg images and html code. It does the coding for you and you can change the coding.
