     Time: Doors Opened at 6.30

     Seat: Front Row slightly below eye level with band

     The Re-cap: My best friend and i arrived at 5.00pm to wait in line in front of the Theatre. It was first come, front row style, so it we had to get there early. After standing in line, in the rainy and cold weather while listening to the local heavy rock station-they had their DJ there to enjoy us-, we finally got in. We had to be searched for any contraband-i had a camera and they told "you use it, you lose it" and i of course said okay (like they were going fucking stop me from taking a picture). After waiting another hour till 7.30pm, Chevelle came on. They were rocking, but the fan mostly stood there, no moshing took place. By 8.10pm they were finished, and took us to make ourseleves ready for Filter. I spoke to the two women next to me (since my friend couldn't take the noise and roughness of the mosh pit) about Filter and she was telling me how she had met Frank-the drummer. "Steve is the drummer. Frank is the bass player." i told them. "Well, the blad one!" they said. I hate when ppl say they are real fan and don't know the fucking names of any of the fucking bandmembers. So 8.46pm rolls around. The theatre is completely smoke-filled. The lights go dark and Geno septs up to the mic with his guitar and begin Sand...which of course leads to Welcome to the Fold (i will list the Set List at the bottom)

     Band Gear: Richard- cowboy hat, sunglasses, black jacket, black leather pants with lace up fly-this will come in handy later =) and of course black long sleeved shirt and black undershirt, his Carolina 955s combat boots, and last, but NOT LEAST, black Calvin Kleins briefs (go on, ask me how i know! lol). Geno- same as Rich, black everything but only bl. under shirt and leather pants. Frank-same, but with long sleeved bl. shirt too. Steve-from what i could see, same as Geno.

     Hightlights During Concert: In the middle of WttF, Geno come real close to the edge of the stage-which is 5 feet from me- and is smiling and mouthing to the words. Richard then comes over and there is a guy who is leaning extremely far over the edge almost touching Rich. Rich stops playing guitar and reaches out to the guy, with pic in hand. He looks like as if he is about to drop his pic into the guy's hand and then walks back over to the mic to finish the song. During, It's Gonna Kill Me, Rich he begins to throw water bottles out into the crowd. Geno decides to counter-act by throwing his full cups of beer towards my place in the audiance. By the end of the night i am stoked in my Filter tee from Richard's water and Geno's beer. During The Best Things, Richard opens his eyes-he loves to close his eyes while screaming/singing- and walks over to sing in front of me. I give him the "rock on" sign (index finger and pinky finger raised) and i'm singing my heart out along with him-while he's looking right at me. (I was close enough to see where exactly he was looking). He then returns to rock on sign to me. I'm not sure which song, but Richard decides to jump onto a box set up for us to stand on which puts him right next to the crowd. He is being gropped, tugged and squeezed by the crowd, trying to get him surf over the mosh pit. I get a chance to touch his chest-very sweaty! i also got a picture of him so you can see when i post them. A girl beside me was determinded to pull Richard's underwear off and decides to unlace his pants half way and grab at his his briefs. Rich didn't seem to mind =) Geno, inbetween beers, keeps throwing pics into the crowd. i was able to grab one.

     After The Concert: It ends around 9.50pm. We wait till most of the crowd is gone and just the fans are there. At 11.00pm we go outside and stand by the tour bus and there are a few fans out there with us out there. It was really coming down and cold as fuck out there! Frank came out and said to us "Hey guys, lovely weather" he signed autos for us and i asked for a hug, he's so strong *big grin*. Anywho, i told him how i was a bass player too and he was impressed. I said "maybe someday i can be as good as you". He replied "you probably already are". About 30 mins later, Geno came over and signed autos for us too. I told him i was soaked by his beers and was smiling. He said that the band was going home for Easter and going to get back into the sutdio and "by June, we'll be on a roll". We asked where Richard was and he said "asleep on the bus, he's really tired. we got a 15 hour drive ahead of us". Some of the guys were like "Wake him up!" but they put on such a rocking show, i can understand him being so tired.
