Right side. Not much action here, as the exhaust manifold and downpipe heads down this side and would get in the way of any ancillary equipment. Actually, the starter motor does mount to this side on the left, and the downpipe does get in its way, especially if you opt for a header. The three bolts on the right mount the bracket for the generator. The brass tap is for draining the coolant, and thus shows the location of the bottom of the water jacket.
