New fan belt and alternator pulley
I searched quite a bit for the right belt; it's a Dayco 24380 (24/32" x 38"). It is very tight to install; I had to remove the top bolt from the adjustment arm and swing the alternator all the way over till it touched the block.
Even then I had to "rotate it on", but once in place the alternator is in a good position on the adjustment arm.
The 2.5" pulley, which allows the belt to go on and the alternator to spin faster than the original generator pulley, was a special order from a local alternator shop. (It needs a special nut as well that reaches down into a recess in the pulley, as the shaft of the alternator isn't long enough otherwise.)
