The wear on the front pin can cause the entire front axle to tilt forward.
In the lower picture you can see where I built up the worn area with a  mig welder. Meanwhile I had a new bushing pressed in to the centre of the axle. I was surprised to find the resultant hole was somewhat bigger than the nominal 1.75", so I had the pin turned a bit bigger than nominal, to fill the hole.
It is probably pointless to go through this exercise without also replacing the 5/8" bolts that hold the radius arms to the axle. This will also be when you discover whether your radius arms have a bit of a bend in them - a fairly common problem.
