The Block Challenge

Ellie, my dog, impulsively decides to go to McDonalds and sample their Chicken McNuggets. As you may know, McNuggets are sold in packages of six, nine, and twenty.

If she wanted to eat, say, 24 McNuggets, she could do so by ordering two packages of nine, and one of six. 9 + 9 + 6 = 24.

If she wanted to eat 19 McNuggets, she would be out of luck. There is no combination of package sizes that would accomodate her, since she refuses to waste food.

What is the largest amount of McNuggets unavailable to Ellie?
