Advice
I took the AP
test and I felt that I did fairly well. I was able to solve the problem and I
felt adaquately prepared. I recommend that next year's class take the AP test
as well. They should also make sure to focus on polar equations and various
integration problems.

- Link 1 - The Box Problem. This site is a fun site. IT
shows your how to find the maximum volume of the box in a step-by-step
process. It is avery interactive although there are a few tricks that you
must be careful to avoid. It also has a multiple choice quiz at the end!
- Link 2 - The Volume of a vase problem is a very simple
problem. I liked it because it was interactive and not too difficult to
solve. However you muist be careful when integrating and not make errors
in which equation you choose to select.

3 - The Length of a Pipe Problem. This was similar to the vase problem
but somewhat more difficult. In order to solve this problem you must be
adept at deriving equations. This problem was only difficult in the matter
of deciding which equation to use.

4 - This is my problem. You must find an equation for the curve of the
dragon's neck and then using that equation find the length of the dragon's
neck.
