Log 26

We awoke with the sun beaming through the temple windows.  My wounds have begun to heal rather nicely.  Tollers and I talked some as Gertanes when to find us some food and water.  When the priest arrived with our supplies I was eager to eat and return to my studies.
Tollers went to the courtyard and began some sort of meditation with a staff.  Swifthawk brought breakfast to Skye who made her way into the courtyard as well.
As the party rested in the courtyard, Marr returned with Janderlina and some supplies from the townsfolk for us.
In the bag there was a silver dagger, a mirror, some copper coins, a quiver and arrows, an arm band a cooking pot and two cloaks.  Tollers took the arm band, where Marr took the mirror, some coins, and the silver dagger.  He also took the two cloaks and gave one to Skye.  I took the rest of the coins and split them up.  I kept the bag and what was left for us to use in our travels.
We also met a man outside in the courtyard wishing to help our party.  He was called Zallus.  His father gold had been stolen by goblins and he wished to help us.

Later in the morning a messenger arrived at the temple.  He told swifthawk and Tollers that the party in its whole were to meet at the courtyard later.  With that the messenger left us.
Tollers and swift gathered the party.  I choose not to go, as did Skye who was resting.  I didn't want any interruptions for I was studying, trying to learn some of my old spells back.  The rest left, but soon after, unarmed guards came and forced myself and Skye to leave for the courthouse.

We arrived at the courthouse and told the Elders of the events in the westwoods.  They said that they were impressed.  They then informed us that we were found not guilty for the murders of the thugs we were charged for.  At this point I was irritated for I didn't want to be here, and I couldn't see why we all had to be here for this meeting.
It was then that the third part of the meeting began.  A messanger from the Kingdom of Isingbal.
He said we were invited to his kingdom by his king, on the Day of the Dragon, for a celebration in our honor.  Although nice, I was annoyed considering we were in no condition to make any travels.  I also didn't see why he couldn't come to the temple and invite us, instread of disrupting our day.

It finally ended, the party went back to the temple and stood outside thinking.  Marr wanting to go retrieve his items from the goblins.  Tollers wishing to return home, I went to study.  Cercie, swifthawk and Skye spoke about Skye's lack of independance.

With that I closed my book for yet another day.
