Background:
Dr. Allen is a young Gene-tech that felt that the others of his kind were taking The three galaxies by storm with there experiments and saw no fun with doing any more there. So he grabbed his flying lab and travelled to earth. Where a bunch of hidden weapons forced him to crash land on the planet. While trying to gather parts to get his ship working again he was able to see the possiblities of earth. So he didn't finish his ship to be space faring again, just enough to be able to transferse the planet if need. But Allen was more curious with the state called Lonestar. after catching a few of the escaped mutants that came from the lonestar complex, Allen began to show intrest in the work they had. Even though it is primitive in terms of what himself and his race could do. But he decided that he will stay close and keep an eye on the up and coming Doctors of the complex.
Note: Dr. Allen is killed in an accident caused by Karak't in an attempt to experiment on the blood lizard.
