Private Frans Halderbran

Background: Frans Halderbra was born to his loving parents, Sven and Greta, in the heart of the Coalition Empire, Chi-Town. Chi Town is a huge fortress city that resembles a large pyramid around a run down city of people trying to eek their way in life and gain entrance into the great Chi-Town. But in Frans' sixteen years of living, he had never been outside of Chi-Town.
His parents have been married for 23 years and are the proud parents of 15 children!!! Frans is the oldest. Frans' mother and father had moved to North America from the New German Republic to escape the dangerous tasks he had had against the Gargoyle Empire. They now live on the upper mid-levels of the fortress city where Sven runs a postal shop, yet, Fran knows that it is a cover for his real job; espionage and subterfuge for the Coalition Military.
Fran is the eldest child and the most unique. In society nowadays, he would be considered the spawn of evil, a mind melter. Fran himself has been a good kid, playing jet fighter video games found in preRifts shops and doing some fill in work for his father in his postal shop. Although, he has had to mask his psychic aura most of his life to avoid being expelled from his family, city and friends. Psi-stalkers are his worst fear.
Frans' friends all recently joined a new, cool gang that has offered a great new job opportunity for Fran. This gang is called the Chrome. With doing mail delivery for his father, Fran was given the task of delivery mystery packages for the Chrome to their customers. The customers would pay Fran directly upon getting the package. No questions ever asked. All was good. The last delivery that Fran remembers scored him 1800 credits, something his dad shouldn't know about.
Every night Fran would go back to work to close shop up and then go home to see his mom and his 14 brothers and sisters, whom he loved very much. They have always been good to him. Sundays were usually family days where even his father would be off work and spend time with him.
On one fateful day, Fran was doing a package delivery with his friend Andrew. Halfways to their destination, a group of Coalition Military Police lead by a psi-stalker attacked Frans and Andrew. Andrew was gunned down and killed saving Frans' life. Frans escapes barely into the lower levels of Chi-Town past several security check points.
He hides the package without looking at it in an abandoned corridor nearly a mile away from the main population. He finds the lower level Chrome gang members and lives with them. He remembers gang fights and boxing matches for gambling money. It'd been a week since he has seen his family. He misses them dearly and especially the great German food that his mother would cook. He grew homesick.
The last thing that Fran remembers is going to see what he had stashed that had gotten his best friend killed. He opens up the box with his trusty pocket knife/letter opener. Inside is a Data CD that has no label and a browning GP-35 automatic pistol with extra clips. After that, Fran somehow lost memory of what happened for the next day, the disk is missing along with his gun and trusty knife.
Frans Haldebra is about 5'10" tall and weighs about 183 lbs. He is most noted by his siblings for his love for swordplay. He has long blonde hair and redish brown eyes. Being only 16 years old, his recent experiences has made him alittle more mature than the standard middle class Coalition States citizen his age. He taught himself to read and has had a knack for learning quickly. He has yet to have a chance to use his psychic abilities to full potential and it's a miracle that he hasn't been pinpointed for his psychic aura, which he does his best to conceal.
