Peter Petigrew

Background:
The orphanage was not a very "nice" place to grow up either, it was infested with mice, the washing was done once every two weeks wheather it needed to or not. Food was not really a problem, the kids were fed , but it was to quality and the amount that was being give that was not enough. This is were little Peter Petigrew started his life as a thief.
Being as small as he was Peter could sneak into the window of the kicjtens from the outside. He did this at first for himself, why should he share nobody eevr helped him ever. It was during one of these raids that he learned he was "speacial" the head cook had entered just as peter did and walked right up to where peter was standing, Peter thought for sure he was going to get into trouble, the bag of food was next to him on thr ground and the cook walked right up to him and picked up the bag ignoring peter totaly. Peter was shcoked he leaned backwards to rest and catch his breath and he fell through the wall and into the boys bathroom. this is where he met Rocko.
Rocko was just picking up a kid that he had just hit and taken his money, Peter did not say anything, he didn't want to get beat up either. as the boys left Rocko was counting the money, and peter materlalized out of nowhere. Rocko had seem Peter but never talked to him untill now. Rocko let peter go saying that he would kill Peter if he told anybody what he saw
One day Rocko had gone too far and the head of the orphanage had called the police to take him away. He was 16 and could go to jail now, well this was all they were waiting for. Peter had learned to control his power and told nobody about it, he was scarded that Rocko might say somthing but he never did. on this day Peter was sitting in the main office of the orphanage, somthing he did alot he learned that the work that was dine by the kids DID earn money and not the 20 credits that they were paid buy close to 2000.
The headmaster walked in with rocko, saying how glad he was the Rocko would finaly get what he deserved. Peter knew this was his chance to get out from under Rockos bullyingways. the head mater left the room to get the police to atke Rocko away, Peter came out of nowhere, Rocko pleaded wih himto help he get out, peter told him that he would help if Rocko promised to leave him alone, Rcko one uped him , if he helped Rocko would make sure nobodu EVER messed with him again. Peter went to the computer and right there was Rocko record. deleted the file and saw the paper file on the desk, they both heard the headmaster coming back with the police, peter quickly grabbed all of the "bad" things in Rockos file and disapeared with it in his hands.
Needless to say Rocko was let out on his own and the headmaster had gone bald with the hair he pulled out of his head, it took a few years but Peter got out too, and rock was there waiting for him wnew clothes, and nice new ride. He took Peter and indroducded him to some other frieds Rocko had met. they finetuned Peters skills in stealing, Peter and Rocko went there onw ways after a few years, and peter had made a good name for himself as a wondrful thief.
Description: Very Short guy and thin. Hair is short, mousey brown and always mussed up, very mouse like facial features (thin pointed nose, slightly proment upper front teeth, big black eyes almost no white can be seen, ears are slightly pointed,) he is 100% human but just looks mouse like Disposition: nice guy, a little to talkitive, jumpy gets a rush from stealing like a drug, will never steal from friends.
