Description:Ramias Dobson’s father was Captain Nemo Dobson, commander of the Ticonderoga for the New Navy.
His is the living symbol of the New Navy. This is what Ramias had to live up to. His father kept Ramais on his ship and trained him in various area of study. As he grew up on the ship he excelled in his studies but more importantly he developed an ability to defend himself against magic and psionics. Although he only reached a rank of 2nd Leutenant, because of his talent he was selected for special missions, during one of these he found his true calling, Sea Inquisitor!!! Fighting the lord of the deeps minions, Ramias had also fight the Call of the lord or the deep, when he finally came through it, he found himself changed!! He now felt strong better able to deal with The Deeps minions, he felt at one with the sea. Nemo noticed Ramais doing more missions alone and taking needless risks. Nemo tried to take active part in Ramias’ life but his crew was his responsibility also and the weight of the lives of so many is a great burdon. Of all Nemo’s’s children, Ramias was the most talented. Nemo would never give him mission orders, he had other people to do that work. New Navy Command sent Nemo an encrypted message, they need someone to travel the america and collect information and settlements, factions and armies. Anything that would be of interest to the Navy. The Navy know almost everything to do with the oceans, and little to do with land masses. Nemo saw this as his chance to get Ramias away from the Navy for a while and besides who could be trusted more! Ramias had never had his father ask anything of him, till this. Ramias was pleased and excited to do this for his father. He was to go as a representative of the New Navy, nothing more, which made it easy not to lie, he was to keep his information to himself nothing more. The Navy provided the needed gear, then Ramias left.
Ramias has brown hair, blue Eyes and is muscular.
He has a New Navy Tattoo on his right arm.
Note: Ramias is slain in Africa fighting along side of Fael.
