Scott has always been curious. Some would say it's his defining characteristic. Despite never seeing anyone else read he taght himself at age 2. From then on he could not read enough. He read every book his small village had, twenty times, by the age of 7. That was when his parent apprenticed him to the towns Techno Wizard, Silas. Silas recognized right away the child's genius and trained as well as he could, but Silas had never become any great shakes as a Techno Wizard.
Scott learned everything Silas had known by the age of 15. He could make items even his master did not comprehend. That's when Scott left. Going the long way around he came to the City of Tolkien aafter passing through Lazlo. He recently traded his Harley Davidson for an alien Multitool.
Personality. Imagine the smart person you have ever met. Scott makes them look a bit dumb. He's intensley curious about anyhting technological or magical. He has forgotten more about engineering and technology than most people claim to know. Unlike most techheads his head is not lost in the machine. He notices people all the ime and is actually quite nice and polite. A lot of people would call him charming.
Description: Scott is tall and muscualr. While not super attractive he is muldly good looking. He keeps his brown hair cut short and neat. Most of his clothes are easy to clean coveralls, but he does keep a set or two of nice clothes. His wastern style amor is kept in good repair and is painted a dull gray. His duster is the same dull gray. Anyone who lookes at his weapons will not that they are in pristine shape.
