Description: To'Mas is a null psyborg that has on recollection of his past. The last thing that he remembers is pulling a collar off before running into Romana, Kival, Ripper, Gruber and Armin.
Later on in the game, To'Mas realizes that he was once a fully human and that he has a brother. A CS soldier had been the culprit to attach a collar to him, which he believes to be some sort of mind control device.
