Torch
Appearance: Torch was born in a small town in the western part of North America. He grew up with his mother and two brothers. His father was killed when he was young by a group of rebel activists. Since Torch was born with reddish eyes, the family hid him from the Coalition States. One day, when Torch was about fifteen, a stranger noticed his unusual ability to control fire, among his other psychic abilities. He took it upon himself to teach Torch how to use them to their full potential. Also, he taught Torch how to read, speak other languages, and drive tanks and other armored vehicles and how to fight with his hands and feet.
At first Torch wasn’t that good at any of the things being taught to him, but with practice, he got better. People used to bully him around and he even had to run from the Coalition a time or two. When he first discovered his powers, many people wanted to hurt him in different ways and for different reasons. Many of these reasons are not easy to explain but others did it out of fear and mistrust of what Torch could become and do to them. All he wants to do now is find his father’s killers and give them the punishment that they deserve.
