Torque
Appearance: A feline Centauroid, Torque's body is covered with light grey fur with dark blue stripes. His right arm, left eye, and the last 1/3 or so of his tail are replaced with bionics. There is a large cannon of somesort mounted on his right forearm, and the tail ends in a small blade. The remaining natural eye is a vivid green-gold color with a verticle pupil. Catlike ears rest atop his skull and fangs are visible when he speaks. There are many scars. A vertical scar crosses his artificial eye. There are 3 long scars along his left side, parallel, about 2in apart and edged with white fur. Others, also edged in white, are visible on the upper right arm, the lower right foreleg and the right rear hip. There are also 2 scars from energy weapons visible on his lower torso. He wears the chestplate from a set of juicer armor, a pistol holstered on his left hip, and 2 larger weapons are slung over his shoulders. He has a pair of modified saddlebags stapped across the back of his lower torso, with several pouches hanging from them.
History:
Torque was created by ARCHIE 3 as a testbed for
several of the technologies he aquired from the Mechanoids.
Torque appears to be an alien cyborg, and in fact
believes that he was rifted to Earth (believes he is an
alien robot). Archie and Hagan programed him with
several files concerning his 'homeworld' (a high gravity
world roughly 3 times the size of Earth) and 'creators'
(a race called the Vr'Kesh, whom his form is modeled
on) including their language (arabic, chosen because
it's virtually unknown in North America of this time).
Archie installed a small recorder and transmitter which is designed to burst transmit a copy of his experiences if/when he passes near Archie's territory. When he gets within roughly 2 years of his powerplant dying, he'll get a growing urge to travel to the Maryland area, at which point he'll blank out, allowing Archie to replace his powerplant and send him out again.
