These are the NPCs(Non player characters) in my game to take note of and that make in influence on our players the most.
Ivy Mercenary Party
Captain Drake Biltonman
Appearance: Looks to be about mid twenties with short red hair and bright green eyes. He is approximately 5'9" and about 165lbs. Drake is the current leader of the BlueAngels city rat gang. He has earned that right in his mind and all those that are in the gang. He has proven that he can fight and he has the strange ability to burn things at will. Not many people outside of the gang know of his existance.
New Info: Drake was born in Tolkeen long ago. During the Coalitions seige on Minnesota, Drake joined the military there. By the time that Drake was in his twenties, he was promoted to field commander. His family by that time had been killed in the battles.
During a routine manuevers into CS controlled territories, Drake and his team was ambushed by a well known Major Christian and his battalion. Half of Drake's team had been eliminated. The rest escaped and fell back to friendly lines by then.
Later, two survivors had escaped from Christian's prisons. Although they had some strange collars on them. Drake went to get reinforcements, upon leaving he witnessed from a distance as the two escapees bombed the unexpecting outpost with zombielike intelligence. Drake escaped through the CS lines and ran to Ishpeming for asylum.
He befriends the gang known as the Blue Angels. In his travels he meets Warren Watts, who he finds to be one of the most powerful psychics he had ever encountered. Eventually, He becomes the new leader of the Blue Angels. He finds that he wasnt only fighting the CS. He was fighting something else but not sure. Warren helps keep anyone from ever recognising Drake....up till he dies. Warren becomes revived somehow and is now again with Drake.
Bruce Wolfstein/Robbie "The Repair Bot"
Appearance: Bruce is a blonde hair, brown eyed, average built, city rat that stands six feet tall. Bruce is a member of the city rat gang known as the BlueAngels. He is Nicklous Cage's best friend. During the gang wars that occurred that Jedite, Jenna, Lori and Alec were involved in, Bruce was captured and held by the Crome leader. The Crome leader is the sworn enemy of the BlueAngel gang. Bruce is much of a violent, yet intelligent person. He seems to gravitate to those that can be of protection to him.
Note: Bruce is killed by the Juarez militia trying to help Nick escape. Later on Bruce's dying intellect is transferred into Robbie the repair bot.
Gruber Chekolovski
Description: Gruber is of average hieght with blonde hair and the the pose of his genre, a juicer. He is original from the New German Republic, yet works as a mercenary for many armies. He was sent to kill Drake Biltonman by leading the Chrome gang against his deepcover gang, the BlueAngels.
Later on, after finding that Drake had powerful friends, Gruber went on the run from Drake's gang and friends and began spreading the Chrome gang across the North American continent. Currently, his Ishpeming gang is being lead by Zuran En'Kor. Gruber was working side by side with Drake in finding a relic for a mercenary soldier named Ripper Balland.
Gruber now works with Chris Vale� in getting out of vampire territories with Lori.
BlueAngels
CentakCentak is the same man that offers Nick the drugs of genetic animal mutations and later trains with Jedite. Centak is a blades master of high stature and also the running mercenary in control of finding a relic in the land north of civilization controlled by Xiticix. Centak has glowing green eyes and short black hair. He carries energy blades that are a bright green and his garb is black with silver and green lining. His master is unknown.
Lucas Bloomfield
Appearance: 22 years old with short black hair and brown eyes. He is 5'10" and 155lbs.
Lucas is a rather sarcastic, yet calm sort of guy who loves to wear all black. He is Jenna Page's boyfriend and he treats her good. Lucas has a personal tick of having a smartass attitude with those who ask obvious questions. Basically though he seems like the cool type. He is a member of the BlueAngels gang in Ishpeming.
Slate Meldridge
Description: Slate has been a member of the BlueAngels downsider gang. He took control of the BlueAngels while Drake and Jenna were gone.
Susan Foreman
Background: Susan is a young girl who has short dark hair and quite a pretty face. She seems to get into mischief and was orphaned at a young age. She does anything that she can to be accepted by the rest of the BlueAngels gang.
Adrik Severton
Background: Adrik is a short darkhaired boy with dark eyes and has the curiosity of unlike any other. He loves to investigate. He was orphaned at a young age and strives for attention and acceptance from the BlueAngels.
Traveling NPCs
Dro'Lazz
Description: A greater demon from an unknown dimension on a quest to beat the PCs to the lost relics. Dro'Lazz joys in toying and torturing all those in search of the relics. Dro'Lazz stands 8-10 feet tall and is humanoid. His lipless face is mostly a line of sharp teeth from earhole to earhole.
Dro'Lazz seems to be a master psychic and magician. He joys in showing his superiority to other magic users.
Pete Hodge
Background: Pete is a Ogre from the Trogg gang in El Paso where he met Barry. Since then, he has almost never left Barry's side and has been loyal. Pete is a Crazy that takes juicer drugs. He is strong and very sensitive.
Dorian Delmath
Background: Dorian is a large, husky native American mind melter. He has been responsible for the mishaps that had happened with Atreides and now leads a mercenary party in Liberty along with a merc named Memory in defending the city and searching for the Lost relic found before the time of the Rifts.
Champion's Quest
Dirk
Description:Dirk is an average sized mercenary with a love for Anja. He seems to have contempt for Champion and loves to try and be an intellectual when the chance portrays itself.
Sir Renfield
Description: A cyberknight of good repute. He seems to have a kindred spirit with his commander, you know it, Champion. Sir Renfield is one that seems to like to avoid violent confrontations.
Callicula
Description: Callicula is a tall male linewalker that seems to try and keep his distance and best regarded as a lone wolf. He seems to enjoy supporting his teammates in the Ried's Rangers.
Verilla
Description: A very aggressive psistalker. Verrilla is a female spistalker who seems to like to attack head on and get into the midst of a fight.
Coalition States Campaign
Lt. Randolf Farnon
Background: Randy is a strict, bold commander of the infamous and successful Psi-Ops division of the Coalition Special Forces. He has short blonde hair and tends to smoke alot. He doesn't talk about himself a whole lot.
PFC Luis Devroux
Background: Luis is a Psi-ops soldierthat travelled to Chi-Town with Cpl. Dan Glitter. He tends to be a clown. Even on combat duty he is cracking some remark, dripping with sarcasm or a funny anecdote. He is medium height, slender, short brown hair and eyes, and tends to be a ladies man. Although, his looks wouldn't get him the girls. His ability to fast talk does.
Lazlo
Bill Reddick
Background: Bill is an older mechanic in Lazlo who owns Bill's Garage. He is a rather friendly guy who is an ex-Coalition Technical Officer. He loves what he does and tends to keep his involvement with the Coalition a secret.
Louisville
Nilsomar Dunscon
Background: Brother to the great Nostrous, Nilsomar is an older man yet lively for his age. He is the leader of the Brotherhood of the Magi out of Lazlo and hides in this small town where he hides and protects his daughter, Michelle Dunscon. He is very protective of his town and goes to great lengths to avoid his nephew, Alistair, from ever finding him.
Michelle Dunscon
Background: Michelle is the young daughter to Nilsomar and she is quite naive and not quite attuned to magic as the rest of her family. She has a acute fondness for Tyran Lockheed and longs for the day that she can travel with Tyran. Ethan Jones is her best friend.
Ethan Jones
Background: Ethan is a trouble-maker and wreckless. In his teenage years, he longs to leave home and become a mercenary or soldier of sometype. His best friend is Michelle Dunscon.
