Level Summary

In the Super Saiyan Level One, great things, and some bad things happen. In the first level, the hair turns from solid black, to golden blonde and has a few thick bangs hanging down. This Super Saiyan level multiplies your strength By 3 or more.

To Achieve the Super Saiyan Level, you must have a powerlevel of over 500,000. You must have a pure heart. Even thought your powerlevel may be over 500,000, you still may not turn unless, you have a pure streak of rage, sorrow, or sadness. The Rage makes room for all the power, so that it does not destroy your body by collapse or explosion.

During the battle of Freeza, Goku was the first to inherited the ability to change into the legendary Super Saiyan. He was enraged that Freeza, killed his best friend, Krillen, He was helpless and Freeza killed him for the hell of it. Vegeta reached the level because he trained, and trained, and trained, and yet he didn't turn. He got enraged while fighting an Android. He was pissed because Goku, a low class Saiyan was the Super Saiyan and he, The Saiyan Prince wasn't and went Super Saiyan. Gohan reached this During the Android/Cell saga training in the Room of time. .

• The Legend:In the Japanese Version it states, a Super Saiyan will rise every 1,000 years. In the Dubbed American version it states that one will rise every 3,000 years. You do the math....
