This premier episode touched my heart and interest.

After watching this first part, I know that more fascinating things and character must I anticipate as the stories become further.

It all started in a little town of Roswell, New Mexico, a town known fo a notorious site of supposed alliens' spacecraft crash in 1947. Bestfriend Liz and Maria works part time in a restaurant called "Crashdown Cafe" that serves the tourists who attends the Annual Festival in Roswell's crashed site. While they are workin', two costumers fight about something until the one shoot a gun, eventually hitted Liz. It happens that Max and Michael were there drinking tobasco sauce, and he rushes to attend Liz who seemingly dead. He put his own life at a great risk when he healed Liz wounded body by using his possessed mysterious power. He just put tobasco sauce to cover up the bloods and his true identity before he and Michael left the premisses.

While they are driving away, they tell Isabel what had happenned in the cafe. Isabel, Max's sister, reacts angrily because they are always prohibited by his brother to use their powers. But she said she's just using it for recreational purposes like in this scene, listening to a CD without a player and melted the cheese on the taco. But now Max saved someone's life but... put their own lives in danger.

Sherrif Valenti pulled over on their way and suspected them when he saw a bottle of Tobasco Sauce in their car, Isabel was very afraid and nervous about the sherrif. Because of his suspicions the sherrif steals Liz's dress and turned it over to the authorities.

One night Kyle walks with Liz to the door after a date, and he saw the stranged finger print on Liz stomach.

The sherrif tried to arrest Max on that night at the festival's party but Liz and her friend helped him to get away from the sherrif's plans. There's a re-enacment of the spacecraft's crash before the festivals end... and the guys just stood there watching the event and seems feeling the pain of their origins horrible fate.

There's a scene in this episode where Max and Liz were together, Max let Liz see his power by connecting each other in a special way. Liz saw different things and a flashback of her childhood and she felt what Max really feels for her until she begin to be feel in love with him.
