The third episode focused on Isabel and Maria. It started when Maria drives along the road and coming upon the way is Isabel where her jeep broke down. Of course she was forced - as I can see - to offer Isabel a drive because you can see in Maria gestures that she was uneasy driving her car knowing that some allien was beside her. She almost got crazy specially when Isabel tries to enhance her car's aircondition and audio system. I was laughing alone on a sit because of this two guys' treatment on each other. One girl who almost got crazy and the one seems like teasing her. Until Maria bumped into the sherif's car. We can see that the officer made Isabel nervous.

At the school, Ms. Topolski announced that each student will be enterviewed individually to see where their vocational strength lies.

Then the teacher starts enterviewing student, Isabel says that she wanted to be a supermodel - that I think fits to her, coz she's really beautiful aside from her height - but it seems that only on Liz and Max that the teacher got interested ( or maybe I am the only one noticed it! ). Liz says that she wanted to be a molecular biologist but when Max was enterviewed, he does'nt mentioned any particular goal but he said that he is introverted and tends to hide from the world like the picture that Ms. Topolski presented to Max where the boy is hiding behind the tree, which indicates that Max has a secret.

Ms. Topolski, somehow encouraged Max to come out of his shell and start to deal and communicate with someone he really like. She example her self, that she had hidden too from a very long time and that she just started to open up to what the world could offer to her.

Following what his teacher had suggested Max tried to start up a conversation with Liz, but he loses courage. The conversation ends up talking about the situation of Maria and Isabel. But Liz noted it and tell to Max that it seems that he wanted to say something else.

Michael indicates that he wants to pursue investigating their origin when He and Max and Isabel talks about Liz, Maria and the key that they had found on the officer's office. Maria thinks that Isabel was on the verge of cracking and revealing their secret.

Once again Ms. Topolski ask Liz about her ambition of being a scientist, and Liz indicates that she wants to be in complete control of her life, and that you have to have a plan for everything.

Maria confides to Liz that she lives in a constant fear of Isabel, who's also at the restaurant to keep an eye on her. Then the sherrif walks in to order some soda and Maria ask the sherrif if there's something that she could tell to him that arouse the sherrif's suspicions. Sherrif Valenti just tell to Maria that he was there to protect her from anything. Isabel was alarmed by Maria's action.

Max got a job at the UFO center that he once visited when he returned the $10.00 to a lady that Maria had accidentally shortchanged. Max was very worried to Maria who was invited in the office of Sherrif Valenti.

Liz talks to Maria not to reveal the secret of the three but Maria tells to Liz that she has to do what she feels is right - at the time that Maria says this line, I was convinced that this girl will really put them in trouble Liz apologized to Max, but Max just comfort her by telling that it's only natural that she confided to Maria coz she was her bestfriend.

Sherrif Valenti quustions Maria in his office, and she seems about to crack, but she didn't reveal the secret of the three, undoubtedly influenced when she saw Isabel kisses her Mother goodbye when they both picked up their cars from the repair shop.

Maria then sees Isabel once when she's driving down the road, and once again offer Isabel a ride.

It ends up at school, where Liz and Maria and Max and Isabel walk off with each other in a sweetly protective and affectionate way.
