| Banding the Form |
| Putting on these steal bands was tough. Measurements had to be just so, but you had to let them lie as natural as possible, too. Bending, pounding, drilling, drilling, drilling, countersinking, screwing.....took quite a while. Did it all by myself - no one wanted to help me with this part - hey, I got lucky - no cuts! Glad when it was over.... |

| This is a stem form that had to be made. I also put together a couple of compression straps that help keep the stem from splitting when it is bent. To me, the bending of the stems is the most critical, and difficult, part of the construction phase. |
