Canoe - 1 |
This was very exciting for me - it has been a long and winding road. Just sooooo happy, it is finally here! A good friend of mine, from work - Rick Andersen - built this form, a few years back. He has been gracious enough to allow me to take a canoe from it. |
I'm glad I took this sort of thing into consideration when we designed the two entrances to the basement. Try swinging a 300-400 lb canoe form around! (Without tweaking or damaging it, anyway!) |
Here she is - in all her glory! Beauty - eh? 17'9" maine guide canoe. A form for the wood/canvas Atkinson Traveler ..... (notice the basement - if any of you remember - Wow!) |
Here is the series of pictures as I progress. Click on the latest date to view the latest series. Make sense? |
