
Welcome to the Warlord Kingdom Teams
Page! Below is the list of the teams we currently have as well a
description about the teams and how they work.
Now what are these teams all about?
It goes like this. Each team is
given a team leader. These leaders are placed in the table below next to
their team. If you think you'd like to be a team leader and there is no
name listed below then contact me, (dreemmayden) or Lady Sirena after
you've read the requirements.
Team Leaders will be required to
come up with at least one activity, task or mission each week for their
team mates to perform. If you're a member of a team you will be required
to complete the task, mission or activity your team leader has assigned
you by the day and time he/she sets. You may or may not receive an item
from your team leader that is solely up to them. You will, however
receive WP and RP points for each task, mission or activity you
complete. These points are yours and not your teams. Although at the end
of each week I will total up the points earned by each member for each
team thus totaling your whole team score. These points will be placed
here and on your team home. At the end of the month the team with the
most points earned will receive 500 team points and each member of that
team will get 200 WP and 100 RP points added to their individual
accounts. At the end of a 6 month period the team with the most points
will receive an item of their choice from the Warlord
Gallery. That is each member of the winning team will receive an
item. If more than one person chooses the same item and there is only 1
in stock then the first one to ask for it will get it and the others
will have to choose another. These items may change from time to time so
don't decide on an item now. It may not be available by the time you can
choose it.

Item values
will range from 3,000 to 50,000np there is no guarantee.
The
prices per item for each member on the winning team are as follows.
These
prices are NOT set in stone and are subject to change.
Member
to earn the most points for your team gets 1 item valued at 10,000np
Member
to earn the 2nd most points for your team gets 1 item valued at 5,000np
Everyone
else can choose items valued between 1,000 to 3,000np. Depending on
what's available.

If you should have
any questions or problems with the team or a team mate contact your team
leader about it and not me. I do not lead a team so am not responsible
for any issues concerning the teams members. I am only responsible for
the guilds members not the teams themselves. If a problem gets to out of
hand and your leader is unable to resolve it then he/she may contact me,
{dreemmayden} then and only then will I try to resolve the issue. If I
feel a member is being too unreasonable and totally unwilling to
compromise I will take the appropriate actions. This may or may not
include removing from the guild or suspension for 24 hours. So please
lets all just be reasonable and get along with each other so as not to
ruin the teams fun for everyone else.
If you're having
problems with your team leader and have tried to resolve it with him/her
but are unable too then you can contact me and I will try to help the
best I can.

the same as WP or RP! Team points are used solely for the teams and
helps us keep track of which teams are winning.

Points are recorded for a 4
week period. After which the grand total @ the end of the 4th week will be
transferred to the Monthly table farther down & a new month will begin.

TEAM LEADER REQUIREMENTS:
To be a team leader you MUST
meet the following requirements.
1. You must be creative.
This just means you will need to be able to come up with ideas each week for an
activity, task or mission for your team to complete.
2. You must know basic html
and be able to do a webpage such as your pets page.
3. You must be willing to be
totally responsible for your team members and their behavior toward the other
teams. Remember this is all in clean fun! No bad attitudes toward your own team
mates or the other teams. You as team leader MUST at all times keep your team
mates under control and having fun!
4. You promise to keep your
team home page updated weekly! No exceptions unless there is an illness or
family emergency of course.
5. You must contact me
before placing your new activity, task or mission on your team page! I must ok
it beforehand!
6. At the end of each week
(Friday, Saturday or Sunday you choose the day that best suits you), you must
send me a report with the names of your team members who did complete their
task, activity or mission.
7. You may or may not offer
an item for the members who complete their tasks, missions or activities. This
is totally up to you. But may help motivate your team. If you choose to
offer this then it is solely your responsibility to provide it and not mine so
don't ask. I provide the winning team items only! You will however be required
to offer your members RP and WP. Please Do NOT offer more than 200WP and 100RP
for each of your missions.
If I receive multiple
complaints from your team mates and they wish to have you removed as their
leader and the majority of your team votes for your removal then you will be
removed as team leader of that team!
These rules and/or requirements
may change if I, Dreemmayden so choose.
