School Pic March 2005
This page is all about my daughter "Jordane".
Jordane is 14 yrs. old and she is a very happy, energetic
little girl. She is not like most kids as you may know
from my Autism page but she is like a normal child in
so many ways.
She has a love for music and is always doing something
musical in one way or another. She loves to sing, play
her keyboard or drums and I must admit she is pretty
good. She's an only child as myself, so she is very
spoiled by her grandparents, especially her Pop Pop.
Her favorite foods are Cheeseburger Happy Meals,
Pork chops, Macaroni and cheese, Corn and Chicken.
She will only drink Milk or Pepsi.
She loves to watch Seasame Street in the morning before
school, Jay Jay The Airplane when she get's home from
school and Zoom. Weekends she usually likes to watch
her Kid Song collection or play with her dolls.
She is doing very well in school and on the weekends we go
over her words for the week or her coloring assignment's
that she has.
She is finally starting to talk in full sentences instead
of just words to get what she wants. She is now reading a
little and writing her name. To some this doesn't seem like
much but to us this is a wonderful event. We never thought
we would see this.
This is Jordane's first picture that
she had drawn all by herself. We were
so tickled. The teacher even laminated
it for us so we could have it always.
Here are a few pic's of my sweetie.

I felt it appropriate to display this beautiful
gift from Dreamer, on Jordane's page since it
represents what Jordane loves to do the most
and that is swing. Thank you so much Dreamer
for your thoughtfulness!!!
Thank you for taking the time to read about
my daughter. I hope you enjoyed your visit.
Please check back for updates.
Updates:
May 11, 2003...Today is Mother's Day. My daughter
started her montly cycle. Some day :-( I think
she is adjusting better than mommy (lol).
May 16,2003...I went for Jordane's IEP today. She
completed all her goals at 75%, which was expected
of her. Next year they are going for 90%. I am so
proud of my sweetie.
June 11, 2003...Jordane's last day of school. She
must know. She is in such a good mood (lol). I
will be working with her over the summer, so she
doesn't fall behind when she starts back up in September.
Sept. 3, 2003...Jordane's first day back to school.
I didn't think she would go but everything went
well. I did mess up though. I guess I was the
excited one. I set the clock for the wrong time
so we got up an hour earlier than we should have
(lol). It worked out though the bus was a 1/2
hour early anyway. She ran to get on the bus.
Jordane just came home and happy as a lark. I
guess she had a good day. I'm very pleased :-)
Sept. 20, 2003...Please view this beautiful page done
for my daughter by a group called Quilts Of Love.
You won't be disappointed. Jordane's Quilt Of Love
