The Household of Chapelkeep is a member chapter of the Royal Order of Chivalry.
Our chapter is based in Cabool Missouri at Cabool Assembly of God.  Click on the above shield to go to the House information page.
In the Royal Order of Chivalry we hope to inspire our membership with the ideals of the Christian Medieval Knight. Ideals stressed in the Noble Code of Chivalry.
Chapelkeep is a Household within the great Barony of Templestone, led by Grand Duke Baron Sir Michael the Stalwart. Templestone covers the entire state of Missouri.  Click on the heraldic device below to see the Templestone information page. The Noble Code of Chivlary

1.  A noble is Generous (one who practices"largesse").  He is keenly aware of the needs of those around him and shares what God has blessed him with.

2.  A noble is Pure. His thoughts, deeds, motives and language are pure.

3.  A noble is Honest, even at his own expense.  He does not lie, cheat, steal or deceive.

4.  A noble is Valiant. He accepts legitimate challenges and makes a stand for what is just and Godly.

5.  A noble is Loyal, first to his God, then his church, family, household and friends, even when doing so it may cost him dearly.

6.  A noble is truly Genteel being courteous to all no matter what their profession, color, sex or age may be.

7.  A noble is Obedient and faithful, first to Christ his King and then to those placed in authority over him.

8.  A noble is Spiritual, taking Christ as his Savior and striving daily to serve him in body, mind and spirit.

Members of the Royal Order of Chivalry participate in a unique hobby called Medieval Re-enactment.  Members research and re-create medieval styles of clothing, armor, weapons, food and other aspects of Medieval life.  There are many activities for members to engage themselves in, but the most visible and exciting is probably armored combat.  There is light armored combat, using "boffer" weapons (padded PVC), and full or heavy armored combat, using rattan to simulate real weapons.
