LAST TIME ON WAR OF LAND CHARGE FACED OFF AGAINST BIG-CLAW ONCE AGAIN. BACK FROM THE DEAD AND READY FOR REVENGE BIG-CLAW CRAVES CHARGE’S DEATH. NOW AS CHARGE AND BIG-CLAW TAKE POSITIONS ONE QUESTION IS ALL THAT STANDS IN THE WAY OF VICTORY, WHO WILL WIN?
Charge took up a stance, Big-claw appeared out of the smoke and blood trailed from his mouth to chin. Big-claw punched at Charge and he caught his punch. Big-claw tried to free his hand and he heard his fingers start to pop. Big-claw yelled and kicked Charge in the face freeing his hand, Charge now had blood from his mouth to his chin and punched Big-claw in the abdomen. Big-claw was stunned for a second and returned with his own punch in the gut. Charge again punched Big-claw and again Big-claw punched Charge. Both fighters backed off and flew at one another. Charge kicked Big-claw in the face then Big-claw punched Charge in the chest. Charge threw a blast at Big-claw and Big-claw used a force field to protect himself. Charge appeared behind Big-claw and used both fists to punch Big-claw in the spine. Big-claw turned around and backed up coughing up blood.
Big-claw rose his hand with the slit in it and said, “Now you’ll know why I am called Big-claw!” A blade came out of the slit and it was four feet long. Charge had a blade of his own in his armor and raised it, it wasn’t as long as Big-claw’s but it’ll work. Big-claw’s blade slashed against Charge’s, the loud clang made Shock shudder as he watched these two try and kill one another. Big-claw pulled his blade away and slashed at Charge who stabbed Big-claw in the chest. Big-claw’s red blood poured all over the sword-like appendage from Charge’s wrist matching his own in placement. Big-claw came down with his blade and struck Charge in the head while Charge pulled away. Charge pulled out his blade and his head was bleeding hard. Big-claw wrecked with pain floated to the ground and gripped his wound. Both were bleeding pretty badly. Charge knew his wound wouldn’t heal correctly because of the blade’s power. Big-claw knew his wound wouldn’t heal correctly because the blade went through one side and came out another . Both fighters retracted their blades and it was apparent that Charge had the advantage now; Big-claw was bleeding through a rather large wound that was in his chest going through two sides. Charge had been CUT badly and was just bleeding.
Charge flew at Big-claw and kicked him in the face, Big-claw flew backwards and caught his ground. The robotic mound on Big-claw’s shoulder let out a green blast and Charge moved aside with incredible speed but at the same time lucky he avoided when he did. Charge watched the blast lower to nothing and saw the path it left. The ground was burned to a crisp and smoke stemmed form the barrel of the mound. Charge looked back at Big-claw who was now ready for his next trick. From the still remaining jewel in his chest it lit up yellow and fired a star shaped energy blast. Charge blasted it with a Dragon Blast and it absorbed it and struck Big-claw who hollered as it hit him. Big-claw looked around and couldn’t find Charge and then saw him in the smoke blasting a beam at him. Big-claw flew upwards to miss the blast and Charge appeared above Big-claw and power kicked him back into its path. Big-claw collided with the blast and it made a grand mushroom cloud though it wasn’t big enough to kill Big-claw. Big-claw stood and saw Charge out of breath and exhausted just as Big-claw. Big-claw flew into the air and punched at Charge who blocked with his forearm. Charge kicked at Big-claw who blocked with his knee. Big-claw tried another punch and Charge kicked his arm neutralizing the punch and really fucking hurt.
Shock was amazed that the two can keep up this level of fighting and intensity. Big-claw punched Charge in the chest and sent him back a little. Charge kicked Big-claw in the ribs cracking one and splitting another. Big-claw grabbed his side and backed off a little. Charge wiped the blood from his eyes and mouth from the wound on his head. Big-claw tried desperately to not show any signs of fatigue but failed. Big-claw coughed up more blood and looked for a second at his blood soaked body. This is what revenge has cost him so far, shall he go any further, or will he fall here and now. Will he give up, no revenge flows too strongly in his veins for him to quit now. He speared Charge and blasted him into the canyon wall. Charge freed himself and kicked Big-claw in the neck Big-claw grabbed his throat and tried to stay calm. Charge flew at Big-claw and power kicked him in the stab wound widening the wound and forcing Big-claw to reconsider some things.
Charge said, “Give up now and I’ll let you live.” Big-claw said, “I’ve waited too long for this and you’re not going to beat me again.” Charge said, “Okay, let’s postpone our battle then. If we fight fully rejuvenated we’ll have a lesser chance of becoming a fatality.” Big-claw said, “Agreed, this battle is postponed, how’s tomorrow.” Charge said, “No that’s bad for me, I’ve got to take the family to the museum of human artifacts.” Big-claw said, “Yeah, families. They’ve always got you spending your money left and right.” Charge said, “Thursday then.” Big-claw said, “Nope, I’ve got to go to the villain convention in Iraq.” Charge said, “Well Wednesday then.” Big-claw replied, “Yeah Wednesday is good, yeah Wednesday.” Then both fighters flew in different directions and Shock flew beside Charge and said, “What were you talking about with him?” Charge said, “Wednesday we fight again, I won’t let him win!”
