Shock carried Charge and arrived at S.S.F. head quarters. Charge was unconscious from blood loss but would recover, as he awoke in a bed in the medical facility Hasbro, Lizoid, and Kick star were gathered around him and Mortar and Shockwave to his left. Mortar said, “What happened, Shock wouldn’t say.” Charge said, “What I’m about to tell you mustn’t leave this building. Big-claw survived and now he’s stronger than he ever was.” Hasbro said, “Well we mustn’t let him win, did you kill him?” Charge looked down and said, “No, but we’re holding out on any fighting until our deadline which is Wednesday.” Mortar said, “You held out for the trip, you know that protecting Meslin is more important.” Charge continued, “In any case, I have only two days including today to train.” Charge got up but everybody tried to push him back into his bed. Charge pushed them aside and saw bandages covering the wound he received from Big-claw, he removed them while looking into a mirror. The removed bandages revealed a large scar running nearly the complete vertical length of his head. Charge wasn’t surprised and didn’t care, as long as it was closed he was happy.
Charge knew everyone tried to avoid him seeing his scar for fear of unhappiness and regret. Charge walked outside and said, “All of you have no place with me now, leave at your own discretion.” No one moved and Kick star said, “We’ll follow you to the end my friend.” Charge said, “Well so be it my friend, but from this point on it’ll only get harder. I feel as long as I’m fighting as throne hero the danger will never stop.” Charge walked out of the room and said, “Everyone come with me, we’ve got training to do.”
Big-claw walked to the old Dark Horde base a now forbidden place to enter. He saw his broken dream of revenge and his fallen comrade’s possessions and their own plans. He remembered what happened two and a half centuries ago. He remembered how he maliciously killed his friends and family over powers that he knew he should not of messed with. Why he did so is a mystery to him but he also recalled a fair black hared beauty whom which his relationship with is a mystery. He soon recalls slashing her to bits when awakening from a long sleep. He looked all around him and saw plans that failed, deaths that were in vain, bloody signs of death and destruction. He had sought revenge after people that imprisoned him for protecting their future and to save his family from disgrace. He walked outside and flew to Starlight City and saw the massive buildings and beautiful shows of lights. He wondered why he even wanted to kill Charge. Charge defeated him, but why. Charge wasn’t out to kill Big-claw for reasons of hatred and anger, no he wanted to save Meslin. And then he looked at himself, did Charge really do anything wrong at all. Big-claw held up his hand and thought, because of Charge he was rebuilt and became more powerful and he now holds his fate in his own hands. He walked to the jungle and looked at all of the sites to behold and for the first time he seen the wonders of nature and knew that if he were to conquer Meslin he’d surely kill everything in sight and this land did nothing to him. He wanted power but that is the evil of humanity, with power one wants more and takes other’s possessions and land soon life itself is just an obstacle of power and conquest. He made his decision.
Charge was training madly and saw how to defeat his enemy and Shock ran to Charge and said, “Hey, Turbo is coming here in a few days, she wants to live with us.” Charge stopped an replied, “Your daughter is finally coming to earth, I’m glad that your finally having good things in your life instead of bad.” Shock said, “No it’s not that, something is following her and she says that she cannot escape it, we have another fight on our hands.” Charge said, “Has she said what it is?” Shock replied, “No, she says that it killed her mother and is now trying to kill her.” Charge said, “How long until it’s over. Oh well, I’m going to train more and you should do the same.”
Wednesday, the deadline and the day of the battle. Charge stood upon the canyon waiting and then Big-claw flew down and said, “As much as fighting with you sounds, I’ll have to decline. My humanity was lost in my ambition and I cannot apologize more for the misfortunes I’ve cost you. I was, am human and I know what’s right and what’s wrong. I’m sorry.” Charge couldn’t believe what he was hearing, an apology from the demonic Big-claw the one and only foe Charge has ever had to fight twice, and he’s backing down! Charge said, “Well this is very unlikely. I do commend you, it takes a good fighter to know what he’s fighting for and you know exactly what you were fighting for.”
Suddenly two ships from the sky crashed to the ground, one was Alei in design while the other was definitely not. The Alei ship opened and there stood Turbo, she flew out of the ship and said to Charge, “Uncle Charge, a powerful fighter has followed me. I don’t know how to fight him!” The second ship opened and a red suited fighter stepped up from the ship followed by a yellow fighter of the same stature. Charge said to Big-claw, “I’ll take the red one and you take the yellow one.” Big-claw said, “Right, let’s kick some ass!”
