EP.63 BASES AND BATTLES
LAST TIME ON WAR OF LAND CHARGE AWOKE TO A NEW WORLD THAT HAD ERUPTED INTO A CIVIL WAR! DEVLON NOW LEEDS HALF OF MESLIN AGAINST THE OTHER HALF LEAD BY HASBRO’S DESCENDANT HASBRO THE 7TH! NOW WITH THE ENTIRE FORCES OF HASBRO’S ARMY DEEMED WATER CHARGE AND HASBRO 7TH ARE GOING O REBUILD THE BASE DESTROYED IN THE CLASH BETWEEN CHARGE AND THE CLOAKED DISEASE MODEL 2.
Charge and the others approached the ruined base. Hasbro 7th said, “Wow, some battle! Did you and that disease thing really do all of this?” Charge said, “Yes, say this demon hunter, do you know where his sword is?” Hasbro said, “Yes, the hall of heroes.” Charge said, “Do you know what happened to him?” Hasbro said, “Yeah, he fought a powerful enemy called the Manslaughter and was killed. Though he did some pretty fancy crap to beat him up though.” Charge said, “Who was this Manslaughter?” Hasbro said, “No one really knows and I doubt we could find out but I do know where the hall of heroes is.” Charge said, “What’s the hall of heroes?” Hasbro answered, “It was a building erected in 2001 to honor fallen heroes. Do you want the sword or not?” Charge said, “Get me the sword or else this hell that you live in will go on forever!” Hasbro smiled and flew north.
Devlon said to a small lizard, “Get me all of my troops, we’ve found them all and now we can kill them all! And Charge, I’ll kill him just like I killed the current throne hero!” The lizard glowed and grew large into a human with thick black armor and said, “As you command master.” Soon all of Devlon’s troops demon and saurian alike were gathered and ready for battle. Devlon stared over at his troops and said, “Excellent, all is going well at this point I’ll kill Charge and rule Meslin at the end of the day!”
It was five hours, Devlon’s army was three miles away and the base had almost been completely rebuilt. Hasbro landed at the front gate to the Hall of Heroes and jumped the gate and ran to the door. Hasbro knocked on the door and an old Draganom walked out and said, “Who are you?” Hasbro said, “Hasbro the 7th, I’m here to get the demon hunter’s sword. Our “devil” is Devlon himself!” The Draganom said, “The Fire’s leader! Devlon’s been dead for years, there’s no way he’s still alive!” Hasbro said, “Well in any case I need the sword or else we have nothing to fight with!” The Draganom said, “Alright fine but if you cannot wield the sword then I will kill you!” Hasbro walked in and the room was large. The entire complex was littered with memorials, weapons, and all sorts of things. The Draganom said, “Here, the sword.” The old Draganom grabbed the black demon hunter’s sword from a wall and said, “Here, take it.” Hasbro grabbed the sword and proceeded to walk out when the sword fell into pieces. Hasbro turned around and the Draganom had transformed into a demonic dog. Hasbro flew upward and the dog jumped and bit his foot.
Charge turned around and said, “Their coming, but how did hey know of our arrival here so quickly? Wait!” Charge turned around and saw a Pteronadon fly over with a flag with a picture of fire on it pass by. Charge said, “They’ve been watching us the whole time, dammit!” The army of Devlon’s warriors came up and Devlon was leading them. Devlon said, “Well Charge, you seem to be here somehow. I don’t care how you got here but without the sword you have nothing and the fact that my warriors have been guarding the sword for four years makes it impossible for you to kill me!” Charge said, “I don’t care, I bet if I tear you up into little pieces that you won’t be able to do anything!” Devlon said, “Not likely, we were even when we fought together and I’ve had a five year head start on you!” Charge said, “Alright fine I guess I’ll have to go all out on you now then!”
Hasbro threw the demonic dog to the ground, both covered in blood Hasbro had defeated his foe and recovered the sword. Hasbro blasted through the ceiling of the Hall of Heroes and flew south. The battle had started. Hasbro knew this and was flying as fast as he could but it would take three hours to get there. Charge flew up and punched Devlon in the face. Devlon just looked at Charge. Charge brought up a flame and punched Devlon in the gut. Devlon grabbed his stomach and then was punched in the face. Devlon hit the ground with tremendous force. Charge let down his flame and said, “Well it would seem that you didn’t gain any power just lost it from the battle with Omegula! He was your source of power and with him dead we’re even.”
On the ground dinosaurs, Draganoms, and any other creature was fighting gloriously against one another. Bodies piled up and the base was falling into disrepair again with towers being crushed and animals falling and dying the battle was in no way going to let up anytime soon unless Devlon died. Charge grabbed Devlon and kicked him in the face. Devlon punched Charge in the chest and Charge backed off slightly. Charge grabbed Devlon by the neck and punched Devlon uncontrollably in the face in an attack frenzy and then kicked Devlon in the face. Devlon fell and said, “Why Charge, you came for the time machine right, well its right here in this base, that’s why I went here as soon as possible. I thought that no one would find it here underneath all of this rubble but in three hours you repaired the whole thing. You’ll give out soon, and then I’ll kill you!”
NEXT TIME HASBRO ARRIVES WITH THE DEMON HUNTER’S SWORD AND CHARGE FIGHTS DEVLON IN A LARGE BATTLE THAT WILL DECIDE THE FATE OF MESLIN FOREVER!
