EP.8 THE CONQUEROR
YEARS AGO BEFORE HUMANS EXPLORED THE ENTIRE PLANET SEVENTY ISLANDS THOUGHT TO BE TARGETS FOR THE HUMANS HOSTILITY CONCEALED THEMSELVES USING MAGIC AND TECHNOLOGY. HUMANS THINK THAT IF IT CANNOT BE EXPLAINED THAT IT DOESN’T EXIST BUT TO SEE IS TO BELIEVE. IF A SANE MAN SEES SOMETHING DOES HE QUESTION IT? YEARS AGO SEVENTY ISLANDS CONCEALED THEMSELVES INCLUDING MESLIN, HUNDREDS OF UNEXPLAINED CREATURES ROAM THESE ISLANDS BUT NOT UNTIL NOW HAS THE NEED TO CAPTURE THESE ISLANDS BEEN FELT BY ANYONE. NOW THE BATTLE BEGINS...
Charge sat up in his bed. He had tried to become weaker and he couldn’t succeed, it has been a week and a half and still he cannot become weaker. The physical seizures have ceased because Charge hasn’t fought or trained but still his power remains the same. He sat watching television a gift from humans thirty years ago now Saurians have their own brands and stations but the television is no different: documentaries, fiction, cartoons, Sci-fi. Charge was watching something on the seventy Islands when Lizoid walked in and said, “Hey, there’s something weird happening!” Charge asked, “How so?” Lizoid said, “Today a ship went through the barrier, the ships inhabitants were tracked coming this way.” There was a sudden alarm and Charge said, “That must be them.” Charge and Lizoid raced to the bottom floor and opened the door and seen an injured human at the doorstep. Charge said, “Who are you?” The man fell and behind him stood thirty other humans also injured.
The man woke up in the medical ward and Charge was standing with Lizoid beside his bed. The man said, “Thank you, I have come to warn you.” Charge said, “Warn us?” The man continued, “I come from a far away island called Brillar, my island was peaceful until he came.” Lizoid asked, “Who?” The man said, “He has no known name we just call him Red Horn because he has a large red horn coming off of his head. He led a small band of fighters to conquer our island and he succeeded. We lost just two weeks ago and what’s worse is he’s going to sell it to some humans for a chance to conquer Asia!” Charge said, “Yes, now what about that warning?” The man said, “They’re coming here. The Red Horn wants to conquer one more island before he takes on a continent.” Lizoid asked, “Where are they now?” The man said, “They should already be here. They should be in the place you call the demon lands.” Lizoid said, “I’ll get the others!” Charge said, “No, wait, get Kick star, Dragonia, Bartholomew, Hasbro, and Nega. We should have enough fighters to do this for right now.” Lizoid asked, “Your condition?” Charge said, “I’m fine now, now get them.”
In the demon lands a band of half men half hogs were snorting around and looking at what was left after the battle against Sabastion. One said, “It looks like this army was too weak to do anything but lose.” A figure from behind punched him in the top of the head slamming him upon the ground. The figure stepped into the moonlight. He was large red and had two horns that looked like a crescent on his head one larger than the other. This was Red Horn. Red Horn said, “This army was raised by the last Spirit Clincher. He was defeated by a great army, I doubt any of you would have lasted so show some respect!” The boar man nodded his head and Red Horn looked away and then said, “Something’s coming!” He turned his head and saw several flashes of light streak through the sky like comets. The lights stopped and headed for the ground and then seven S.S.F. members had landed on the ground in front of Red Horn’s band of hog men. Charge stepped foreword and said, “May I ask what you are doing on Meslin soil?” Red Horn said, “We’re here to take it for ourselves. If you have a problem with that then you can fight us!” Charge said, “Fine.” The hog men raced at the S.S.F. members and Charge and Red Horn disappeared from the ground. The hog men were met with the full ferocity of the Saurian Special Forces. Lizoid jumped baring his terror talons at a hog man and slashed many times in midair by appearance just barely missing the hog man’s face. Lizoid stepped backward as well as the hog man. The hog man’s face split into several different sections and fell down in a pool of blood.
Dragonia with her new sword cut a hog man’s arm off and grabbed three knives from her weapons pack and threw them at her adversary sticking in him and he howled in pain. The hog man said, “Damn human, I’ll cut you to bits and use your bones to pick my teeth!” Dragonia said, “Now that’s not very nice.” Dragonia ran and cut the hog man in half at the torso. She turned around and said, “Well I guess that wasn’t nice either now was it?” Hasbro grabbed a hog man by the head and slammed its head on his knee and then he threw it back. Hasbro said, “I’m guessing that you guys aren’t as tough as you make yourselves out to be.” The hog man said, “Don’t be foolish freak!” The hog man ran at Hasbro and Hasbro rose his arm. The hog man tried to stop himself and tried to run off but Hasbro blasted him turning the hog man into hog roast.
Nega kicked a hog man and then grabbed a hold of him. Nega then crushed the hog man’s torso and threw it into a wall. Kick star grabbed a hog man by the face and literally kicked his face in. Kick star turned around and saw a man standing there and the man said, “Are you the human fighter for these people?” Kick star said, “Yes I am!” The man smiled. Charge stared at Red Horn and said, “Let the fight begin.” Red Horn said, “Indeed.”
NEXT TIME CHARGE TAKES THE UPPER HAND AGAINST RED HORN BUT WHEN RED HORN SHOWS HIS TRUE STRENGTH CHARGE LOOSES HIS FOOTING IN THE BATTLE BUT AT THE END OF THE NEXT EPISODE YOU’LL NEVER THINK ABOUT WAR OF LAND THE SAME EVER AGAIN!
