Actually I suffer from "Quadriparesis" since I have partial use of my arms (Thank God) but my hands do not open or close. Reports of my demise were greatly exaggerated. I was actually clinically dead twice (I "coded") but I was resuscitated. They restarted my heart with electricity. Rather ironic, I think. *** UPDATE 9/01/04 It just came to my attention that the dielectric of the rings (or wedges) must have a much higher dielectric constant than the "filler" dielectric. That's why the Serrano device was so inefficient; The dielectric constant of the Styrofoam is 2.5 and the air spaces have a rating of 1. The ratio must be much higher. *** Update 5/07/05 In August of 1991 Mr. Hector Serrano of Gravitech called me on the phone and together we spent about two hours hammering out the details of the working model he later got that Australian patent for. Serrano's US Provitional Patent expired years ago. He does not hold a US patent for it. Perhaps he couldn't afford the $5000.00 or more such a patent would cost, which casts Gravitech in a 'poor' light. I have read comments in discussion groups describing Serrano's 'Corporation' as being the work of "Three scam artists." The cheap Australian patent and lack of a US Patent would tend to support the derogatory assertions. The only connection I have to Serrano or Gravitech is that 1991 phone call during which I foolishly gave away my ideas, hoping that Mr. Serrano would further my dream of giving the discovery to the world. Since Gravitech has not produced a different, practical device, that is, perhaps one made with ceramic and pressed Titanium Dioxide dielectrics running on MegaVolts or GigaVolts voltage ranges, I cannot discount the possibility that the man hijacked my invention to run an investment scam. That would be a damned shame, because the principles and configuration of the device improves dramatically on T. Townsend Brown's original gravitator. The invention is valid, but it may have fallen into the hands of cheap con artists out to make a quick dishonest buck. I pray this is not the case, because it would destroy the credibility of a discovery that could forever change our world.

If you do this you might have to decrease the THICKNESS of the smaller-inner-diameter rings to keep surface areas/volumes the same between + and - dielectric/plate rings. You will still need the weaker dielectric filling the central cavity.You might also use smaller inner [and outer] diameters for the positive dielectric rings and larger I.D and O.D. for the negative rings. Also insulate with ASPHALT, like T.T. Brown did. Tar will not hold it steady enough. I originally thought I was reverse engineering an "Electric Rocket" made by T.Townsend Brown, but I later discovered that it was a new design that used the electro-kinetic (Biefeld-Brown Effect) more efficiently than Dr. Brown's early 'Gravitator'. At the time I knew virtually nothing about T. Brown, except for a brief glimpse of the "Electric Rocket" on Local Access Cable on an amateur program called, "The Ray of Discovery." I didn't even know Townsend Brown's Name; I only knew that the device was "an electrical grid." I became obsessed with finding out how to make one. Electrogravity will give us space travel and free energy. T. Townsend Brown developed capacitor warp drive systems generations ago. He first discovered the Biefield-Brown (Electro Kinetic effect) and built Gravitators that actually worked! The US Navy classified his flying saucers (Flying Disks) the instant he demonstrated them. While some gravitator units charged, others were in the "step-down" cycle; that is, gravitators charge until they reach saturation point. Then they must be allowed to go through a series of several periods of diminishing yet continuing thrust. Gravitators in step-down along with actively charging units can build tremendous momentum.
