Payments are accepted in the form of Money Order, Personal Check(items held for 2 weeks to allow the check to clear) and Visa/MC through PayPal or if you do not have PayPal account, I can accept Visa personally only. Items are promptly sent per inventory. Please, call or email ahead to make sure what you all want is in stock. Preorders must be held by a Visa or the entire payment by check or MO must be in my hands. No more preorders without the payment and there will be no refunds on preorders. Orders will no longer go out until all the items are in stock, unless you would like to pay any extra postage prices. Please make checks and money orders payable to WCR Enterprises, Carla Anderson. Shipping and Handling As stated, I try to keep a running inventory of most of the items in stock, but occasionally go out of stock.
Larger items are sent UPS and smaller items are sent USPS. All items leaving the 48 States need to add sufficient postage IE: Canada, Europe and etc. Hawaii and Alaska, all items shipped via USPS.
Postage on all items is the exact postage it takes to get to you. There is such a difference, I don't give price quotes anymore. The farther you are from ND, the more postage will be. If you live in a rural area, they charge an extra dollar. On average, a single traditional horse could cost from $5.50 up to $7.50 depending upon your location. Smaller items that go through the USPS are exact postage also and insurance is optional. I'm not responsible for anything once it leaves my hands, so I recommend insurance.

All returns must be carefully repacked and returned in the condition in which they were sent.
If the horse is clipped in box, it should remain so, unless he doesn't stand or has marks on the opposite side of the body.
I do not keep stock of tack items, but I can special order them in.
Your item will be shipped ASAP when inventory is in.
Your order will remain until all pieces are in to fulfill the order, unless separate shipping prices are paid. Any excessive postage prices originating with an order that has to go oversized must be taken care of by the purchaser before the models are sent.
