Description: Born in the year 1991, brolly had an unsually high power level for his age. It never surfaced until some thing slipped.For example one day he was in school and bully was picking on some little kids and he sent them flying just by yelling at them then he collasped no body knew were this strange power came from .Only his mother and father did . 5 years later the same incident happend only it was with  some die hard gangstas they all had the gangsta stuff . guns knives the usaual for gangstas in this day. He some how managed to catch the bullets then he sent them back at the gangstas at twice the speed they were going then he some how flew up itno the air and shouted some frase and a beam of pure white "energy" . That energy left a crater the size of lake superior then he fell to ground unconcious. His parents rushed him to the hospital for testing but all tests prove he was  human. every one else  had serious doubts he was. One fatefull night his parents decided it was best to tell him the truth. they took him down to the space ship that had sent him to earth. They were wrong seeing the space ship made him realize his true purpose: destroy every one on earth to restart the saiya-jin race using the dragon balls
