Esteemed Civilization – 10

(Islamic Poetry Collection)

By H. Rubijanto

Full of Majesty, Bounty and Honour.

“But for such as fear the time when they will stand before (the Judgment Seat of) their Lord, there will be two Gardens,

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?

Containing all kinds (of trees and delights),

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?

In them (each) will be two Springs flowing (free),

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?

In them will be fruits of every kind, two and two,

Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?

They will recline on Carpets, whose inner linings will be of rich brocade; the fruit of the Gardens will be near (and easy of reach)”.

(Ar Rahman: 46 – 54).

For the sinners will be known by their Marks, and they will be seized by their forelocks and their feet; This is the Hell which the Sinners deny; In its midst and in the midst of boiling hot water will they wander round!                                                Bandung, 3 Shafar 1428 H.

 Sent Down Clear Signs.

“A Sura which We have sent down and which We have ordained ,

In it have We sent down Clear Signs, in order that ye may receive admonition.” (An Nur: 1)

“Let no man guilty of adultery or fornication marry any but a woman similarly guilty, or an Unbeliever;

Nor let any but such a man or an Unbeliever marry such a woman,

To the Believers such a thing is forbidden”.  (An Nur: 3).

In the esteemed civilization, it is a great Sin killing children for fear of want, Allah swt. will provide sustance for them,

Nor come nigh to adultery, for it is shameful deed, and an evil opening the road to other evils.

Men and Women of Moslem will not associate in worship any other thing whatever with Allah swt,

They will not steal or commit corruption, nor commit adultery or fornication, They will not utter slander, intentionally forging falsehood.  And pray to God for the forgiveness, for God is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.                    Bandung, 4 Shafar 1428 H.

A Miserable Price.

Allah swt. could leave straying whom He pleases, andHe guides whom He pleases; but everyone should certainly be called to account for all actions he made.

And let not anyone to take oaths, to practise deception with the result that someone’s foot may slip after it was firmly planted, and may have to taste the evil  of having hindered men from the Path of God, and

a mighty Wrath descend on.

“Nor sell the Convenant of God for a Miserable Price; For with God is (a prize) far better for you, if ye only knew.

What is with you must vanish; What is with God will endure, and We will certainly bestow; On those who patiently persevere, their reward according to the best of their actions.

Whoever works righteousness man or woman, and has Faith; Verily, to him will We give a new Life, a Life that is good and pure, and We will bestow on such their reward according to the best of their actions”.   (An Nahl: 95 – 97).
