| Art is a native Californian. He is a Vietnam veteran that served as a Navy Seabee (CBMU 301) in Dong Ha, Cua Viet and Quang Tri 1968-1969, I Corps Tactical Zone. He graduated from college in Colorado Springs, Colorado, in 1973. www.oocities.org/cbmu301 Art has sold real estate in the Tri-Cities since December, 1992. He worked as an Associate Broker for Century 21 Town and Country for 11 years during which time he was a Centurian Agent and was branch manager in Richland, Washington for 3 years. Art has two sons. Ryan graduated, in May 1999, from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, Ca. He and his wife, Jamie, and daughter Madison live in Sountern California where Ryan works in Commercial Real Estate. Keith received his Master's Degree from the same university in 1998 and is a Junior High School Counselor in Southern California. He and his wife, Carrie, and they have two boys...Braden and Luke. Cinda is Art's daughter. She and her husband, Frank, live in Everett, Wa. with three grandchildren... Jessa, Zane, and Grant. If you are around Art at all, you will hear him bragging on his wife. Lamia, is from Morocco in North Africa and speaks French, English, and Arabic.
