| I am about to complete a year as President of the Association of Teleservices International. During the past year I have traveled extensively to educate my peers about our industry, it's opportunities and the equipment that is available to enable us to provide quality services to our nation. Our industry represents 5,000 call centers in the USA. We are a very important part of YOUR COMMUNITY. We provide service to your medical doctor after the office closes. We provide service for hospice care. We take orders for individuals selling goods. We provide help desk services for companies that sell software and other technical products. And, I am proud to have learned a good work ethic in western Wyandotte County Kansas where we went to school. |
| My oldest daughter, Cheryl works at our company. My son is a master plumber and owns his business. My youngest daughter, Cathy is a registered nurse raising Sam, a precocious 5 year old and Jack who is 3. I live with a hair covered person that looks a lot like a Westie and his name is Duffy. |
