Well, incase you have noticed, I use my username 'washurocket' a lot. It's in my websites, e-mail addresses... I of course have a story of where it came from, however, I must warn you. If you are anti-anime, I would STRONGLY recommend you go back to the main site (there's a link at the bottom of this page) Hey, don't say I didn't warn you!!!
Ok...on with the story
It basically started when my best friend was trying to get me to watch this new show called pokemon (this was before I became an otaku, or anime fan). I tried watching one episode and thought it was very stupid and I had no clue what the big deal was. Kids have bad taste. Well, she managed to get me to watch another episode, and I became hooked. Our favorite characters were the bad guys, Team Rocket (thus, that's where the 'rocket' part came from). Just for fun, we gave each other nicknames from TR (my nickname was Jesse). My first username (for a random free e-mail address) was jesserocket. However, when I signed up for other random accounts, someone else kept using that name. Well, there was another anime I had been getting into called Tenchi Muyo! (great series, though it was really bad in english. Come on, how can you get drunk off of 'tea'?) Anywhos, my favorite character there (also a random nickname I got, though I used Jesse more) was this evil genius named Washu. And so washurocket just sort of stuck after that. Yeah, weird I know, but that's how it happened, and now you know whether you wanted to or not. And just for fun, I'm putting in a couple of images of the characters who made 'washurocket' possible. HAHAHAHA!
