The old spirit of Yesterday



 Passing by the cemetary
  I saw three of the elderly
 Placing flowers on a grave
 Perhaps to cold to feel the power
 of the holiday
  or the pain 
   at the loss
  of one they could not save
 Cars were passing
 but, they could not hear it
 their lives were
 filled with the pain 
 of the christmas spirit...
