He gets himself grounded for a week at crucial times
He takes business offers in Birmingham at crucial times
He plays the wrong instrument (that is, plays the bass like a guitar)
He is a domineering dictator, but a very inconvenient one as he doesn't bother to control things to a proper level, only to the point where massive confusion results
