| This text is consuming, but somewhat lengthy. I recommend grabbing something to drink and setting yourself up to sit for a spell. |

Enoch Arden was published in 1864. It was written by Alfred Lord Tennyson. ( 1809 - 1892 ) Between the years of 1827, and 1892, the year of his death, Tennyson published a multitude of great works. Rich in symbolism and poetic grace, he has romanced and enchanted readers for more than a century. Enoch Arden is my personal favorite . It is a tale of true love and tragedy. It is a drama of sacrifice, that leaves its reader in awe. To learn more about Alfred Lord Tennyson I recommend visiting here Where you will find many of his works as well as a biography, and many other interesting facts. |
