**This uniform is property of the Foursis Dance Academy. All uniforms must be turned in at the end of the competition season.
Class Fee ~ There is a $40.00 monthly class fee for the Dazzlers. This is due during the first week of practice, every month. If class fees are not paid there will be a $5.00 late fee per week, assessed to your account. Any additional Dazzler member in your immediate family is eligible for a $5.00 per month discount.
Fundraisers ~ To help defray the cost of the dance team, we do many fundraisers throughout the year. Such as, Car Wash Advertisement Booklet, Car Washes, Pocket Peelers, Tupperware and Kringles. Most of these are at least if not more $5.00 per card/item sold. Suggestions are always welcome.
Competitions & Coaches Fees ~ For all competitions there is an entry fee required for each girl. Most competitions range in price from $15.00-$35.00 per girl, with the exception of the Nationals Competition. For every competition there is a $15.00 coaches fee per girl. Due to Nationals being a weekend event the coaches fee wil be $40.00 per girl.
