Decline in Record Sales
I'm sure all of you know about the recent decline in NSYNC's record sales. I know, yes know, why this is happening. As soon as I get home after school Monday I'm gonna start writing it all down for you see.

Ok, here's how it goes. NSYNC used to be our little bubblegum boys. They did the same old love ballads and same old dance moves as all of the boybands before them. Europe got all of that stuff and we got it for their first US album. Then comes the whole law suit thing and they left Lou.

We're into NSA country, now. I don't know much about before this album. In fact, I didn't even listen to NSYNC until after this one has been out for a while. Anyhow, "Bye Bye Bye" and "It's Gonna Be Me" were a little different, but still resembled bubblegum. Girls were still excited because we had "This I Promise You" and the guys shake their booties during one of the songs. Plus, they were away from Lou. Don't me wrong. I actually have little to nothing against this man. I feel a lot of people would have done the same thing he did if they were given the chance. Back to the subject, NSA broke records left and right.

Now, for the most recent album and my personal favorite. Actually, besides "It Makes Me Ill", it's the only one I like. Our bubblegum boys turned into these techno men. Bye bye bye, endless love ballads. Some girls decide this was not the boy band they swooned over for the past few years. That cut down the fans. Other people who would like the music refused to listen because it was a boy band, a label they will be stuck with for the rest of their lives. Not to mention the fact that CD burners are becoming more and more popular. They're still making great money, but if more girls leave I see the downfall of one of the great boy bands. I suggest they keep making their music, anyhow. Just as long as they enjoy doing it. I'm sure there will always be someone who enjoys listening to it. I know I enjoy this album. 1
