ECONOMICAL AND EFFECTIVE BORON TREATMENT SOLUTION

1)     WATERMECHANIQUE HAVE DEVELOPED A BORON TREATMENT PROCESS WHICH COST LESS THAN 30% TO OPERATE COMPARED WITH THE REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM.

2)     WATERMECHANIQUE PROVIDES A NO-RISK, BUY-BACK WARANTEE.

Introduction

Watermechanique Sdn. Bhd. has developed an economical boron removal and effective solution for treating boron wastewater.

In order to convey our message more effectively, we have divided our presentation into the following sections:-

1)       Background of existing problem

2)       Currently Best Available Technology (BAT)

3)       Our system

4)       Case studies of various boron wastewater treatment

5)       Our contact

1. Background of existing problem

Boron is commonly found in industrial wastewater from the Nickel Plating industry (raw material used Boric Acid), Oleo-chemicals industrys manufacturing of fatty alcohol (raw material used Sodium Borohydride) and various other industries.

2. Current Best Available Technology

Conventional physical chemical treatment cannot precipitate out boron effectively. Current Best Available Technology consists of either Reverse Osmosis or Ion-Exchange system which in reality does not remove boron per se, they merely separate the wastewater into a concentrated boron stream. The concentrate stream creates an even formidable disposal problem. Cost associated with this disposal will be prohibitive.

3. Our system

Our specially developed proprietary process removes boron as a solid, coupled with our propriety system represent the only cost effective solution to your boron wastewater problems.
