10 steps to animate a simple graphic using GifAnimator

1. Click on GifAnimator.exe to open the programm.
2. Click on the Open icon in the Main Menu to insert the first gif file in the first frame.
3. Now click on the Insert icon (plus sign in new doc) in the Main Menu to insert the other succeeding gif files.
4. All the files are positioned ranged top left of the anim frame.
5. Each gif file has to be set going through these 3 panels

6. Look at the Options panel:
a)
Tick "Thumbnails Reflect Image Position"
b) Leave empty "Main Dialog Window Always on Top"
c) Choose Browser Palette in "Import Color Palette:"
d) Choose Error Diffusion in "Import Dither Method"
7. Open Animation panel:
a)
Type in your "Animation Width:" preference in pixels
b) Type in also "Animation Height:" of your choice
c) Check your "Image Count:" number (no. of frame)
d) Tick "Looping" if you would like your anim to continue running
e) Type in the number of times to repeat your anim in "Repeat Count:"
f) Tick "Repeat Forever" if you want your anim to go on for ever.
  8. Open the Image panel:
a) Put in your desired "Image Width" and "Image Height"
b) Offset your gif file from the left putting in the no. of pixels in "Left:"
c) Offset your gif file from the top putting the no. of pixels in "Top:"
d) Type in the desired amount of time in 1/100 second
e) Choose "Restore Background" in "Undraw Method"
f) Tick "Transparency" if you prefer a transparent background
g) Choose your colour, clicking on the colour box "Transparent Color"
 
  9. You can set all your gif files together by clicking the Select All icon in Main Menu (3 small white rectangles) using the above 3 panels.
10. Preview your animation by clicking on the right facing arrow, top right corner of the Main Menu.
