How to combine six images into a composite picture "snowwolf"
Find the six images in "PSP WOLF" (http://www.oocities.org/wattard)
1. Copy the "sky" and paste as new image (the image should be
in the background layer).
2. Cut the "sky" and paste as new layer (to leave the background
empty).You can drag
the background layer to the recycle bin icon in the layer palette.
3. Copy the "backgroundtrees" and paste as new layer.
4. Select the white area with the magic wand (tolerance 5-15)
and delete so that the sky can be seen above the trees.
5. Give the backgroundtrees layer 50% transparency to lighten the dark
colour (transparency slider on the right of the layer palette).
6. Copy the "snow" and paste as new layer.
7. Select the white area with the magic wand and delete so that the sky and
background trees can be seen.
8. Copy the "trees" and paste as new layer.
9. Select the white area with the magic wand and delete so that the sky, background
trees and snow become visible.
10. Copy the "trees" and paste as new layer so that you have two sets of "trees".
11. Chose the transform tool (square with 4 corner nodes and centre )
to enlarge slightly the second set.
12. Use the drag tool (compass arrows) to move the enlarged set a little
lower and to the right of the picture.
13. Copy the "snowshadow" and paste as new layer.
14. Select the white area with the magic wand and delete so that the sky, background
trees, snow and trees become visible.
15. Now copy the "wolf" and delete all the white area around it and drag it
on the snow shadow where you prefer.
16. When satisfied with your picture, flatten the 6 layers to compile
them in one picture and save as a jpg file of high resolution.
